Shipping Policy

Processing and production

Space Food Sticks merchandise is printed to order. Most orders are produced within approximately 3–7 business days before shipment. Production times are estimates and may be longer during periods of high demand or if a particular garment, size or color is temporarily unavailable.

U.S. shipping

We currently ship merchandise only to addresses within the United States.

We charge a flat shipping rate of $7 per order.

After production is complete, orders are shipped using a tracked U.S. shipping service. Typical transit time is approximately 5–7 business days after shipment.

Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information after your order has shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect shipping addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@spacefoodsticks.com. We will try to correct the address before production or shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Lost or missing packages

If your order appears to be lost, tracking has stopped updating for an unusual period, or tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, please contact us at hello@spacefoodsticks.com. We will work with you to investigate the shipment.
