Return and Refund Policy

Each Space Food Sticks T-shirt is printed to order. Because our merchandise is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or if the wrong size was ordered. Please review the product description and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@spacefoodsticks.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the problem.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@spacefoodsticks.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but because orders can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has been placed.

Shipping issues

Delivery estimates are estimates and delays caused by shipping carriers may occur. If your order appears to be lost or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us at hello@spacefoodsticks.com and we will work with you to investigate the shipment.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
